The maintenance schedule broadly includes inspection, general cleaning, lubrication, levelling and safety checks, plus any running adjustments or operational functions to ensure continued safe and reliable operation.

We work to a preventative maintenance key to assist in reducing the amount of breakdowns due to wear and tear and establish potential problems before they occur.

Owners/managers have a duty of care and legal responsibility to ensure their lifts are maintained efficiently and therefore need to keep up to date with any changes that might affect their lift operations. It is recognised that this is highly specialised and sometimes  complicated, as a reputable lift contractor, we include this advise as standard practice.
