To enjoy many years of care-free ownership of your Terry lift we recommend regular maintenance by one of our trained service and repair specialists.
Regular servicing can ease the worry and uncertainty associated with unnecessary breakdowns – a critical factor for life enhancing products.
We pride ourselves on the reliability and safe working of our lifts but in the rare event that you have trouble with any one of our products we are here to help.
Once the warranty on your lift comes to an end, we can offer a range of service and repair contracts and options to suit all budgets.

Please be aware that if we have not seen your lift for over 18 months, we will need to assess your lift to ensure it meets current regulations. Where necessary, we will then provide a quote for any work required to bring the lift into serviceable condition. In the majority of cases, if you are in a position to accept the quote, we can carry out most work the very same day due to our vast stock of spares carried in all of our vehicles for all Terry Lifts products dating back to the late 90’s.
Our team of highly-trained, DBS checked, NVQ Level 2 qualified engineers are strategically placed around the UK, to best offer our customers a timely and professional response.
Our aim is to leave you with a fully operational lift, and most importantly, in a safe working condition.
If we cannot repair your lift the same day we will endeavour to return the following day. Due to our central location, just off the M6 in Cheshire, we can distribute most parts overnight from our manufacturing base to any address within the UK. We also have the full-support and reassurance of our local and UK-based suppliers, if required.
