Length of service is rewarded with additional days annual leave:

5 years + = 1 extra day
6 years + = 2 extra days
7 years + = 3 extra days
8 years + = 4 extra days
9 years + = 5 extra days (27 days in total)

All employees receive an additional day’s annual leave for their birthday!
